Anyway, I am going to try to get better about posting my workouts again and posting about random thoughts in general. But, here's a quick update:
- Vegetarian...still going strong! I feel a lot better and not nearly as bloated as I used to be. Plus, I've dropped weight and am back to wearing my size 4 pants comfortably! Woo hoo!
- On a new thyroid medicine and that has me feeling wonderful! Of course, that's probably what helped me more than anything to lose the weight.
- Olive oil...still using that as a face wash and loving it! My skin looks better than ever!
- Sent all my stuff in for graduate school...hopefully I hear something soon!
That's about it for now. I will try to update again Monday!
